SCM Accord

We manufacture load-bearing structures using a CNC machining centre. Each frame is produced with an emphasis on precision, low weight, quiet operation, consistent repeatability and stability in serial production.

Cold-Cure PUR Foam Moulding

Our in-house moulded cold-cure foam technology enables us to manufacture ergonomic seats and backrests with precisely defined properties, without relying on external suppliers.

Foam Cutting and Processing

Cutting, profiling, bonding and assembly of seating components are all carried out in-house. Our manufacturing process is optimised for production runs starting from a single unit.

Textile and Leather Sewing
